Join Us for a Five Peaks Adventure

Young and Independents enjoy powder on Peak 6 in Breckenridge, CO.

What kind of job centers around the words “adventure” and “fun”? The job of a ski and snowboard instructor. Each season our instructors meet so many new guests ready to fall in love with these mountains.

It’s so fun to watch our guests suddenly realize that although it’s called “School”, there is nothing classroom-like about how we do ski and snowboard lessons. Once we chat about your goals for the day, you’ll be up on your feet and having fun right away!

Here at Breck, we work with first-timers all the way through expert-level skiers and boarders to unlock the mountain. We’ve got Five Peaks of adventure here - that’s five different mountains with so much to explore. If you’re newer to this, check out Peak 9, which is among the very best places to learn to ski in the Rocky Mountains. If you’re ready for some more intermediate level terrain, challenge yourself a bit over at Peak 7 and ride the brand-new Freedom SuperChair.

For the black diamond riders and daredevils, we swap our instructor hats for guide hats. Our main goal is to help you get more out of your day when you spend it with us. Perfect your skills on moguls or the steeps over at Peak 10, or let us take you up to the High Alpine on the Imperial Express SuperChair, North America’s highest chairlift. We can drop into the Imperial Bowl or Whale’s Tail from there, or if you’re cool with being at 13,000 feet, there’s an unbelievable hike over to the Lake Chutes – which is EX (extreme-rated) terrain for experts only.

Breckenridge is a pretty special place where you can ski in and out of town, and have an incredible adventure at any level. We feel lucky to show you the best of it! Let’s have some fun out there.
