Deposit and Cancellation Policy
LODGING, CAR RENTAL, SHUTTLE, EQUIPMENT RENTAL, PACKAGE POLICIES
This site may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical or other errors in connection with information displayed on the site, including without limitation rates, fees, or availability applicable to your transaction. Vail Resorts assumes no responsibility or liability for such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Vail Resorts shall have the right not to honor reservations or information affected by such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Vail Resorts shall have the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations, and/or improvements to such information or reservations based on such information, at any time, including after confirmation and/or payment of a reservation.
AIRLINE RESERVATIONS POLICY
Airline tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Change fees and/or increased fares will be applied when a reservation is modified. Once the ticket has been purchased the name on the ticket cannot be changed.
It is the responsibility of all adult passengers to present valid photo identification upon check-in with their airline. If you are a member of your airline's frequent flyer or other reward club, please present your club number upon check-in. Vail Resorts asks that all passengers reconfirm their flights, with the airlines directly, 24-hours prior to their departure.
Prices are per person, and include all taxes & fees in USD. Airline baggage fees may apply and are not included in the price.
LIFT TICKET POLICY
All lift ticket products are non-transferable and non-refundable. Online advance purchase rates are only available online. Additional days purchased at the ticket window must be purchased at the window rate. When you purchase lift tickets, you will automatically be enrolled in the Vail Resorts "Peaks" loyalty program, at no cost to you. You will receive program information by standard mail and will be offered the chance to decline.
CHILD CARE/NURSERY & CHILDREN'S SKI SCHOOL POLICIES
Children's Ski and Snowboard School Cancellation Policy:
- Your Credit Card may be charged up to 30 days prior to your arrival.
- Lesson reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time, or a cancellation fee will be imposed. If you cancel within the 24 hour period and a $100 processing fee will be charged. The cancellation fee may be waived if the lesson is re-booked for an alternate date. You can change or cancel your reservation by calling 888.576.2754 or in person at one of our sales offices. Lessons are non-refundable due to weather.
Child Care: All cancellations and changes to your child's reservation with less than 24 hours notice will result in a full day program charge per child.
- All children must check into their program location on time to ensure that their reservation can be fulfilled.
- No refunds will be given due to weather.
- You will be required to sign a CHILDREN'S SKI SCHOOL AND RIDE ASSUMPTION OF RISK, HOLD-HARMLESS, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT prior to your child's participation.
- If your child will be renting equipment you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement prior to your child's participation.
Bombers Cancellation Policy:
- $35 cancellation fee for December Bombers if the cancellation occurs prior to the start of the program.
- $112 cancellation fee per week of involvement in December Bombers if the cancellation occurs after the program has begun.
- No refunds will be given past week one.
Traditional Bombers:
- $75 cancellation fee for Traditional Bombers if the cancellation occurs prior to Nov. 25.
- $100 cancellation fee per week of involvement in Traditional Bombers if the cancellation occurs after Nov. 25.
ADULT SKI SCHOOL POLICIES

PRIVATE LESSON REQUEST POLICIES
Reservation Request and Cancellation Policy:
- Your online transaction is a Reservation Request. This product will appear as "Purchased" in the Trip Folder when the request is sent, not when payment is completed.
- You will receive a confirmation email from ski school for this Reservation Request. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your request may not have been received. If this occurs please call: (888) 576-2754.
- Your credit card will not be charged at the time of the online purchase, and may be charged up to 3 days prior to your arrival.
- Changes or cancellations can be made by calling: (888) 576-2754
- A no show for your reserved Private Lesson will result in a charge equal to the cost of the reserved lesson and may result in cancellation of the entire reservation. Any lesson cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will result in a $150 cancellation fee.
- Your credit card will be charged 48 hours prior to the start of your lesson.
- All participants must check into their program location on time to ensure that their reservation can be fulfilled.
- No refunds will be given due to weather.
- All private lesson participants must have lift access, which is not included in the private lesson fee
- You will be required to sign a VAIL RESORTS SKI SCHOOL ASSUMPTION OF RISK, HOLD HARMLESS, RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
