Ten Mile Station requires a minimum purchase of food and beverage catered through Breckenridge Mountain Dining. The amount spent on food and beverage items such as hors d’oeuvres, meals and hosted beverages catered through Breckenridge Mountain Dining is applied toward this minimum. Facility fees, service charges, A/V fees, cash bars and taxes do not apply toward satisfying the minimum. If the minimum is not achieved the difference between the actual and minimum will be assessed.

Note: A Holiday Premium of $500.00 additional site fee and $1,000.00 additional F&B minimum will apply on Holiday weekends (Fri.– Mon.)

 Due to Forest Service regulations, there will be a clean-up fee of $100.00 imposed for the use of rose petals or other similar materials on the patio.

Ten Mile Station patio may be available for a ceremony only event, based upon availability, for a site fee of $ 3,000.00.

 Site fees and minimums do not change for party size.

The amount spent on food and beverage items such as hors d’oeuvres, meals and hosted beverages catered through Breckenridge Hospitality is applied toward this minimum. Site fees, service charges, A/V fees and taxes do not apply toward satisfying the minimum. If the minimum is not achieved the difference between the actual and minimum will be assessed.

Minimum (Saturday Evening): Washington Ave $ 4,000; Ballroom $ 8000
Minimum (Friday and Sunday Evening): Washington Ave $3,000; Ballroom $6000
Minimum (Monday – Thursday Evening): Washington Ave $2,000; Ballroom $5000
Minimum (year round morning): Washington Ave $ 2,000; Ballroom $2,500.00

Site fees, service charges, A/V fees, cash bars and taxes do not apply toward satisfying the minimum. If the minimum is not achieved the difference between the actual and minimum will be assessed.

Minimums (Monday - Thursday): Evening $5,000
Minimums (year round): Morning $ 2,500

Facility fees, service charges, A/V fees, cash bars and taxes do not apply toward satisfying the minimum. Minimums (Sunday - Friday): $7,000.00

Sevens patio may be available for a ceremony only event, based upon availability, for a  site fee of $1,500.00.

Parking is available only for guests of the Grand Lodge at Peak Sevens or Crystal Peak Lodge.  Sevens is accessible by Gondola seasonally for arrival only.
