The 7th Annual Kingdom Days Celebration will be held June 15 – 16, 2013.

Kick off summer with fun activities including mining activities, outhouse races and more. The town comes alive to ring in the start of summer fun in Breckenridge.

"Join us in reinventing Breckenridge’s colorful past during the seventh annual Kingdom Days. Celebrate over 150 years of Breckenridge’s diverse history with mining, exploration and adventure. Founded in 1859, Breckenridge was inadvertently excluded from some copies of the U.S. maps, becoming known as "Colorado's Kingdom" until 1936 when it finally became incorporated. For an entire weekend, this real town turns upside down to pay tribute to gold fields and mining, exploration and adventure, saloons, booms and busts."  - More details here at GoBreck
