Written Deposit Policy: January 4th 2019 through December 18th 2019 – A non-refundable deposit of 1 night is due at time of booking. Balance Due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. December 19th 2019 through January 3rd 2020 – A non-refundable deposit of 1 night is due at time of booking. Balance Due 45 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. January 4th 2020 through December 18th 2020 - A non-refundable deposit of 1 night is due at time of booking. Balance Due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Please request handicapped accessible rooms if needed. Our Properties do conduct routine maintenance to our amenities, generally in the time frames from Mid-April through May and October through Mid-November, please call your resort for more specific information.
