Policies

Check In

Owners and guests are welcome to check in anytime after 4 pm on your scheduled arrival day. The resort's front desk opens at 9am, 7 days a week, and remains open until 8 pm on Fridays and 5 pm on all other days of the week. Please notify us if you will arriving after 8 pm on Friday or after 5 pm Saturday through Thursday, by calling 970-453-1910. If you will be arriving after hours, please use code 4653 on the key pad on the front door of the guest registration building. Your check-in packet, including keys to your unit, will be left at the front desk for you.

Check out is at 10 am.

Children

Our family resort welcomes your children. All children are counted for maximum occupancy regardless of age.

Other Policy

Written Deposit Policy: January 4th 2019 through December 18th 2019 – A non-refundable deposit of 1 night is due at time of booking. Balance Due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. December 19th 2019 through January 3rd 2020 – A non-refundable deposit of 1 night is due at time of booking. Balance Due 45 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. January 4th 2020 through December 18th 2020 - A non-refundable deposit of 1 night is due at time of booking. Balance Due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. PARKING: All 3 bedroom townhomes feature a one car private garage with space for one additional car outside. ROOM NUMBERS: Specific rooms are not guaranteed. CLEANING:Daily maid service is not included, but is available, for a fee, upon request. Maintenance: Our Properties do conduct routine maintenance to our amenities, generally in the time frames from Mid-April through May and October through Mid-November, please call your resort for more specific information. Pets Policy

No pets are allowed at Gold Point for guests, only owners at Gold Point are allowed to bring their pets onto property.
