What is a Lift Ticket Card?
An RFID Lift Ticket Card is the card where your lift ticket gets electronically uploaded to. Hang onto it for future trips because you can add new lift tickets to existing cards!

How can I add more days to my Lift Ticket Card?

Add more days to your Lift Ticket Card at checkout. Select "Have a Card". Choose your card from the dropdown menu or enter your card number manually. Your lift ticket(s) is now automatically loaded onto your existing Lift Ticket Card.

How will I receive my Lift Ticket Card?
We gladly ship your Lift Ticket Card to your door when you purchase online, 9 days in advance (14 days for international). If purchasing within 9 days of your trip (14 days for international guests), simply pick up your card at the Express Lift Ticket Pickup location.

Should I keep my Lift Ticket Card?
Absolutely! Skip the ticket lines and head straight to the slopes on future trips by adding new Lift Tickets to your existing Lift Ticket Card. When purchasing, simply select "Have a Card" online, choose the existing card #, and assign your new lift ticket.

The Town of Breckenridge created the tax to pay for more than $50 million of new, immediate parking and transit improvements, the most significant being a new 700-900 skier parking structure in the core of town.  This was based on extensive studies and research completed by the Town before proposing the tax.
Unfortunately, right after the election last November, the Town Council backed away from those plans and has begun a whole new round of studies with the possibility that skiers will not see new skier parking for years.  We requested that the Town defer this tax until it has a clear plan to provide significant improvements to skiers and riders. That request was rejected.  If you would like to contact the Town about the tax please contact the Town’s public information office at Websiteadmin@townofbreckenridge.com  or 970 453 2251.
If you want to ski at Keystone you may exchange your Breckenridge lift ticket for a Keystone lift ticket. If you want to ski at Vail or Beaver Creek, you can exchange up to half the days of your 3 or more day Breckenridge ticket for an equivalent Vail or Beaver Creek lift ticket. Only valid and unused Breckenridge lift tickets are eligible for exchange.
An exchange can be conveniently processed by the ticket scanner in the lift line at Keystone, Vail or Beaver Creek or at their respective ticket windows.
Yes.  If you exchange your Breckenridge lift ticket for another ticket, you can get a refund of the Town of Breckenridge tax.  This tax refund will be processed to your credit card or at the lift ticket window if you paid with cash.

Active-duty and retired military can receive great discounts on lift tickets if purchased at the ticket window. Immediate family can also receive these discounts if they have a dependent military ID. These tickets can only be purchased in-person at the ticket window with a valid unexpired military ID.

This program is for Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard and Department of Homeland Security personnel. Affiliates (foreign military working at US bases) also qualify. The following do not qualify: Personnel discharged in any branch of the military, DOD employees or civilian contractors, Veteran Status Only, Merchant Marines (the Merchant Marine is a civilian owned fleet; not uniformed service.) We do honor IDs that say “Active Duty Deceased.”

Tickets are: $119/adult, $77/child (12 and younger)
These prices are valid all season long and can only be purchased at a resort ticket office.
If you exchange your Breckenridge lift ticket for a Keystone lift ticket you will receive a refund of the Breckenridge lift ticket tax and an additional $5 on adult tickets and $3 on child tickets. If you exchange your Breckenridge lift ticket for a lift ticket to Vail or Beaver Creek your refund of the Breckenridge lift ticket tax will be reduced by $5 for adult tickets and $3 for child tickets.
If you would like to participate in night skiing at Keystone and you have already skied at Breckenridge that day, you may use your Breckenridge ticket as a coupon to purchase a night skiing ticket for Keystone for $10.
Breckenridge Ski Resort did offer to pay for new skier parking on its own land, to avoid lift ticket buyers from having to pay this tax.  The Town of Breckenridge rejected that offer and insisted on moving ahead with a lift ticket tax to create its own long-term funding stream.
Children 4 and under ski for free. Please visit any ticket window to collect a $0 lift ticket to access the mountains or visit the Season Pass Office to obtain a pass valid all season.
