                          1 Run - No Timing

*Within each team, girls then boys,
ascending bib order.

Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st:
7:15am:          Staff / Coach / Jury Load
7:45am:          Ticket Window Open
8:00am:          Team Captains Meeting
8:15am:          Athlete Load (No Parents) 
8:35-9:45am:  Inspection
10:15am:        Girls run 1st, followed by Boys

Saturday Awards: 30 minutes minutes after race,
Beaver Run Parking Lot.
Sunday Awards: 45 minutes after race, as above.

    
Eligibility: Per USSS/RMD rules. Athletes must participate in a Training Run prior to racing

Entry Deadline: Wednesday, January 17, 2018

Lifts: Open for athletes at 8:15am each day. Quiksilver (6-PAK) Superchair to the Falcon Superchair. (No line privileges). 

Trail: Cimarron, Peak 10.

Entry Fee: $21 per day. {$25 late fee after deadline}
Entry / Registration Procedure: USSS Online Entries/Registration only; http://my.ussa.org/myussa,
No email or phone entries. No team entries/waivers.

Race Headquarters: The Maggie Restaurant in the Village at Breckenridge. Base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver 6-Pack,
January 19: 7:30-9:00am (Late fee applies to all payments)
January 20: 7:30-9:00am (Late fee applies to all payments)
January 21: N/A

Tickets / Lifts: Racer Tickets $55/day (+ tax) for 12 and under; $70/day (+ tax) for 13 and older;
One, Two or Three day tickets are available
Coach’s Tickets Available at Race Headquarters
Spectator Tickets $70 (+ tax)

Confirmation Procedure: Review and confirm entries on the USSS Athlete Event Registration website.
Notify organizer by 10:00am, 1/18/2018 of any changes.

Awards: 
Saturday and Sunday, 30 minutes after race completion, near the Beaver Run Pay Parking Lot

5 minute drop off: 
Adjacent to The Village in F-LOT. Walk across the street to The Village and The Maggie. OR
Adjacent to the Beaver Run Superchair. Ski down to the Maggie Restaurant.

Pay Parking: 
Beaver Run parking lot, $20/day. Ski/Walk down to the Maggie Restaurant. Ski to your vehicle. OR
F-Lot, $12/day, Walk across the street into the Village and the Maggie Restaurant
Gondola Lots, $12/day, Bus service to The Village or Beaver Run OR;

Free Parking: 
Stephen C West Ice Arena (limited), Boreas Pass Road with Free BLUE and BROWN Route Bus Service
to the Village. Buses depart the ice rink every 30 minutes before 8:00 and every 20 minutes after 8:00.
Park in the EAST lot by the covered bus stop.North of Breckenridge on Airport Road, Bus Service starts at 8:00am

Further Details:

  • No stopping or hiking in training or race runs
  • No skiing on the mountain prior to 8:45, inspection only
  • No skiing under the Falcon Chair at anytime (Crystal)
  • No fast skiing anywhere on the mountain except your race Run(s)
  • No skiing in the competition arena! (Side-slipping only)  
  • Skis and bags must be left in the storage areas at the bottom of the falcon lift and the top of the course. 
  • No storage in The Maggie or Ten Mile Station
  • All Parents, Athletes, Coaches and Officials – Please help us in making this a quality event.  We encourage your help and cooperation on the race hill when 
    appropriate.  Please ask our start personnel if you would like to lend your support, otherwise stay clear of the arena at ALL TIMES.
  • Common courtesy and respect for Breckenridge Ski Resort, officials, volunteers and all competitors is required at all times.
