Food and Beverage
The DoubleTree by Hilton Breckenridge requires a minimum purchase of food and beverage catered through Breckenridge Hospitality. The amount spent on food and beverage items such as hors d’oeuvres, meals and hosted beverages catered through Breckenridge Hospitality is applied toward this minimum. Site fees, service charges, A/V fees and taxes do not apply toward satisfying the minimum. If the minimum is not achieved the difference between the actual and minimum will be assessed.
- Minimum (Saturday): Evening:
150 guests or less $ 7,000; over 150 guests $ 9,000
- Minimum (Friday and Sunday): Evening:
150 guests or less $ 6,000; over 150 guests $ 8,000
- Minimum (Monday - Thursday): Evening:
150 guests or less $ 5,000; over 150 guests $ 7,000
- Minimum (year round): Morning: $ 2,500
Note: F&B Minimums may be negotiable for groups of 50 people or less depending on event date and availability.
A Holiday Premium of $500 additional site fee and $1,000 additional F&B minimum will apply on Holiday weekends (Fri.– Mon.)
20% Service Charge applies to all Food and Beverage
8.28% tax applies to all but site fees
