-Welcome Receptions- Let us greet you and your group with a smile, trail maps, and other fun stuff to get them excited for the rest of their trip. We can do a brief orientation to the mountain and town as well as answer any questions your group may have.
-Mountain Tours- Let our local ambassadors show you their favorite hidden spots on the mountain. Free 2-hour mountain tours are given daily by our Guest Services employees. These tours are geared towards intermediate/advanced skiers and riders and meet daily at 9:45am at the Beaver Run SuperChair (Peak 9) and the Colorado SuperChair (Peak 8). If you have a large group wanting to go on the tour talk with your sales representative about setting up a private one.
-NASTAR Race Course- The NASTAR course is located on Sundown (Peak 9), where individuals can race for medals against eachother and against the clock. -Mountain Dining- Let us set up an on mountain lunch for your group. Choose from any of our five on mountain dining locations, and enjoy the warm food, and beautiful views. Lunch coupons and box lunches are available upon request. For groups of 75 to 200 people, enjoy a buffet style arrangement at the Vista Haus located on Peak 8.
-Other activities in the area- In addition to skiing and snowboarding, there is snowmobiling, sleigh rides, dog sledding, hot air ballooning, and even horseback riding. Visit summitactivities.com for more information.
