Parking:                               Free parking at the Airport Rd Lot (Red Route), Paid Parking at Beaver Run

Participants:                        Boys and Girls ages 15 and under

Age Classifications               U16, U12, U10 and U8 for Skiers and U16, U12 and U8 for Snowboarders

NO Entry Fee:                      Thanks to The Summit Foundation, Breckenridge Ski Resort and Team Summit Colorado

Entry Procedure:                  Register online at teamsummit.org/registration-home/

Entry Deadline:                     Friday, March 10th, 2016 at Noon. Registration will be capped at 200 participants-register online now!

Athlete Lift Tickets:             Use your season pass, or a complimentary lift ticket will be provided Courtesy of Breckenridge Ski Resort!

Spectator Lift Tickets:         $65 Spectator ticket. Spectator area will be skier’s left of the course. **There is no foot traffic allowed**

Volunteers: We need volunteers for this event – sign up early. All volunteers that need a lift ticket will be provided with one during registration and all will be provided lunch. Sign up here.

Beaver Run Peak 17 Conference Room

7:00 AM to 8:30 AM

Bibs will be distributed to independent athletes.  

Tentative Event Schedule:

Coaches Meet:                   7:45 AM Beaver Run Peak 17 Conference Room

Volunteers Meet:                8:15 AM Beaver Run Peak 17 Conference Room

Racers Meeting:                  8:30 at Beaver Run Peak 17 Conference Room

Lift Opens:                         8:30 AM

Course inspection:             9:00 AM to 9:45 AM, 11:55-12:15 PM

Volunteers:                        9:15 AM top of the course

1st run:                              10:00 AM-Order: Youngest to Oldest-GSki,GSB, BSki, BSB

2nd run:                             12:30 PM- Order: Youngest to Oldest-GSki,GSB, BSki, BSB

Awards:                            ~3:00 PM in Beaver Run Peak 17 Conference Room . Awards to the top 5 in each age classification.  Age categories may be combined if there are less than five entries per class.  If you do not come to the awards ceremony but would still like your awards, please contact jennifer@teamsummit.org by Mar. 25th.

NOTES:  Team members may leave bags or gear at the race start. Please keep bags and equipment in an orderly manner. Store skis outside in the racks, not flat on the ground. Fast skiing will not be tolerated.  No lift line cutting privileges.

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE AN EVENT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT.
